I purchased a kodak printer dock last year. I had gone through 2 ink cartridges and then ordered a double pack of replacement cartridges. One of those was delivered defective. The metal bar was not in place, nor could I get it in place. I have been emailing kodak customer support since April of 2021 with no help to the situation. There is no 800 number to call or any information. I got no refund of my money, no replacement of the broken piece of equipment, and barely an email back. It's my worst choice for an online purchase item ever!
I never received the item and your customer service department will not provide any updates on my inquiry
Paid for this item based on the photos and the description. The photo had items in it that did not show up. I emailed them and they said it was the wrong photo so what I got was correct??? Asked them to please send me the missing items and they have ignored me ever since.
Have not received the Photo Printer yet!
I received one for my birthday and it has been nothing but TROUBLE! I sent the first one back and the new one is just as bad! I have always thought Kodak was a good product but not any more! JUNK!
