Device was not working properly and customer service was shit. I requested a return label the same day the package arrived and after over a dozen email exchanges they are still refusing to give me a return label. Making the excuse that they are having tech issues and can’t create a return label so that I can send the faulty device back and get my refund. A shitty experience all around.
I found this printer easy to connect to my iPhone 12 ProMax and the results were first class both in Colour and Monochrome. This will be ideal for me when I am doing street portraits and I can give a print to the person.
