I was relieved that my order finally came. I did have one notice it would be 2 weeks late but when I tried to respond your email was blocked. It was more than a month late. I would have liked a second notice. Now that I have the film I am very satisfied.

Terrible customer service.

Dreadful customer service. Sent me 30 cartridges not 60. Without any communication, I was simply refunded 1/2 the money. Will never buy from Kodak again.
