Operator error?

This is my 2nd one and I like the pictures it makes. But it never works like the directions... I mean NEVER! I have to fiddle with it: turn it off; turn it on; disconnect my phone, reconnect; go to blue tooth; on and off. Everytime. It gets tiring. When it does work, the pictures are fun. But always a headache.
