A real piece of crap

I purchase this and have had only a couple of pictures that have printed without having lines of color throughout the pictures. I've replaced the ink cartridge and the paper, thinking that the ones that came included with the printer could be the problem. It's still happening. I've sent a help message several days ago and have not received an email response. Will wait another day or so and will send back and hope I can get my money back.
